Toxic environment , lack of trust from top management that forces everyone to turn on camera/video call throughout working hour ( COVID-19 ) when we work from home , good for retirement if you practice “ I don’t care and I don’t know how to do” attitude while top management will allocate your job to other hardworking newbie to do ( if you are senior enough in the company ) and you can do whatever you want . Need to gossip around so that you can mix around with other colleagues and get your things done. Some colleagues still friendly and willing to help but those work more than 10 years really make the company culture toxic and hard to work. Overall, low basic salary but good bonuses ( variable bonuses and quarterly ) , can collect free mask during this covid pandemic ( weekly collection only ), now they start to improve their benefits packages to retain more employees as high turnover going on. But they will never understand those that slack in the company will continue to slack and enjoy the company improved benefits while those that pay the hard work will quit.

Management not interested in the growth of people. On one hand quoting people-centred and put people first, but in reality keep interfering in our work and micromanaging processes. Middle managers are muppets or rather mimes, there to appease MD and entertain customers, and have no say for themselves or defend their teams. Morale is terrible. No diversity, you are either with them or they will help you make your way out. Annual salary is good but that is all they have to hold people back.
