      Pros

      Good training, good pay and benefits. Company vehicle and tools. Get to work on a lot of new equipment. Computer and software is furnished.

      Cons

      Management was very difficult to deal with. a lot of unexpected travel with no compensation. Paperwork and all aspects of office duties were passed along to the technicians.

      Pros

      Laid back, easy going and really great insurance. Usually all the overtime you want to work and a 401K. Help pay for safety glasses and steel toe shoes!

      Cons

      many years of brazing and welding smoke. Very hot because they're is no air conditioning and that's when it seems you work the most overtime is int the summer months
