Good Compensation but Stale and Traditional Work Culture

-Benefits are great, even for fresh grads -Office is comfy -Not a lot of micromanagement -Hands off style for sales team, a lot of freedom

Cons

-Very traditional working environment (read as: misogynistic, male-oriented) -Quite risk averse. -Tries to implement bottom-up management but not very successful. -Ideas that are implemented come from the top but results are often not good. (Programs that try to add on to the existing business model are not doing that great)

A warehouse that has a broken aircon for 2 years that they can fix. Favouritism from team leaders ( all Vietnamese seems pretty sketchy to me) Toxic Teamleader Lazy supervisor
