      Previously may be ok. Now nothing left.

      Cons

      New top management has no clue what to do or what managemnt means. Give meaningless instructions that no one really cares/follows. Now the company is basically living off its past gains/reputation, which can deteriorate very fast if this continues. Basic salary below market rate. Bonus are frequently delayed, or canceled without any explanation. It is not based on individual performance but by management mood. Delay in salary payment. Claim process is very slow. Easily takes 2/3 months for business claims. Process is very primitive, a simple taxi claim will need you sumit several forms and get several signatures and wait forever to collect cash when the finance personell is free. OT a lot due to "meetings" that stakeholders not prepared and "chattings"(you cannot even call it discussion) that's going nowhere. If above are not enough to stop you from joining this company, then maybe it is a good place for you.
