      Some lovely,decent, hardworking colleagues who are a credit to Daikin

      Cons

      Sadly long term management and team leader clear out needed! No proper training across the company. Team Leaders can't be bothered so leave it to other team members to do.

      Pros

      Daikin Indonesia has a really strong loyalty to their employees. They have a great work-life balance working environment. All the functions are being divided into quite specific roles that it helps in maintaining a good workload that wouldn’t overwhelm their employees. They also provide different kinds of training for their employees, and have extensive opportunities to do global cooperation with their counterparts in other countries. Overall a very solid company if you want to look for a long term employment to settle into.

      Cons

      The salary might not be as high as other competitors, but the benefit is there and they gave bonuses and other small treats every once in a while.
