      Inside canteen food subsidy, so the food is slightly cheaper

      Cons

      Daikin's working culture is the worst. I've been working so many years and this is the first company that I'll see superior talking bad about engineers with contractors. Also, talking bad about engineers to literally everyone, not protecting engineers , pushing us under the bus. ASK FOR THEIR TURNOVER RATE and you'd know. They expect you to work with heads down for that low salary.

      Management spot check sales floor to see which salesman are still working after working hour. Still having the old school mentally of longer working hour = higher productivity High turnover in salesfloor and even quite a number of HOD left their position in the last coupe of months.

      1. Meet good people here and eventually become friends 2. Eventually grow and know what is your preferred working culture in your life 3. Learn a lot of useful tips here like how to cope great stress , taichi , lying and bragging

      1. Do everything but nothing really related to sales 2. Prepare power point slides for everything even though for small suggestion 3. Management side claimed that they are people centered but keep interfering in staff's work and micromanaging in everything 4. Expanding jobscopes to compensate others’works 5. Miscommunication between each department always occur
