Pros

+ Company as a whole doing well and good revenue numbers + Talent bar is generally pretty high but not as good as it once was and starting to lose top talent

Cons

- Toxic management + terrible wlb - Becoming increasingly political, which projects you get to work on, promo performance reveiw, has been increasingly about who know. - within AI, constant project churn/changing of road map + lack of product vision, very few successful products - substantially decreased refreshers + comp recently, especially for those who have been there a long time - slow career growth + promo timelines and no longer with the increased pay to justify it - no longer really innovating or doing anything interesting as a company - still no 401k

Pros

-Great product in a forward thinking industry -Benefits such as gym reimbursement -Work with some of the brightest minds

Cons

Sales culture is cultlike and filled with false promises/transparency. Operate like a start up with the headcount of a large org - processes constantly changing and attainment is solely based on if you have sellers who are lenient and willing to help you out (good luck). They are forcing us to RTO 3 days a week just to sit on Zoom while leadership (Directors) babysit you by being dashboard hawks. Career progression is still being developed and piloted, and the process itself is messy and long. Everyone will tell you how happy you should be to work there though. The term “personal brand” will be preached at you to no end as a way to get you to do things outside of your job description.
