Pros

Colleagues are fun and kind. Travel is reimbursed. Fun team bonding activities once in a while. Most of the time, it is possible to get extra hours due to the worker shortage. Tasks vary and there is always something to do so you are never bored. Your preferences can be taken into account so that your tasks are adjusted.

Cons

Salary is very low considering the amount of knowledge you need to have about the products as well as the processes in the store. Product/experience trainings are only given to some, not all, even if you are there for longer than 6 months. High employee turnover, so very few people have sufficient knowledge to answer customer questions. Store/team leaders are overworked so their responsibilities over the team are sometimes forgotten. Over time you are given more responsibilities but this is not reflected in your pay.
