Pros

Lots of perks for sports lovers, including daily lunchtime sports classes, and allowances to spend on sports. The company does its best to stay true to their mission of making sports more accessible for all.

Cons

In my experience, the new employee onboarding procedure is very poor, with no training for some jobs. Many different business units work towards their own agendas, instead of the greater good of the company. Company is very old school in some ways.

Pros

- Good workplace and nice offices - Friendly colleagues - Meet a lot of different people

Cons

- You must be a really strong supporter of any company decision if you want to be considered. - Salary is ridiculous - Monthly bonuses are a rip off - Poor top management without any real knowledge in their fields - "Headless chicken" management - Tons of workshops in order to pretend they care about the employees but no real decision are made
