Pros

good exposure to work, learning opportunity, freedom with responsibility

Cons

hypocrit people in the company who always ask to control the cost when they themselves are one of the highest spenders in the company, high manager can do whatever they want and nobody ask them a question but the suboordinates are dependant on the manager for even small decisions. if you are buttering your manager then you will get growth but there is no sureity when you'll be fired. the day your manager is against you they can ask you to get out of the company from the next day. no appraisal if your manager has decided that you are not worth it.many more issues related to management. they are biased for french and old employees. new employee no matter how hard they is working but still they are not better than the old employee and french people.

Pros

The most enjoyable part to my job was working alongside the bike training team in building bikes as well as being the team leader for the entire ecomm team as well as training the new temporary staff. I also created the returns procedure for the warehouse, training program and development program for each team member. I was also a member of the entire warehouse training team.

Cons

Working alongside a vast experienced team was challenging and rewarding in two ways- the team members that were willing to share skills and learn more skills were great to work with. However there was some team members who did not want to share their skills or learn more, but use their skills to claim authority. Which caused a lot of friction of problems when I was team leaders. The management however lacked in structural training in going further in the company, although they vocalised training programs it was never put to use.
