Business Outlook
Pros
Education doesn't matter for them,really I appreciate this. Only hard work speaks good in their working environment. Person who Is passionate about sports keep going for this company.. Their approach to customers is awesome.
Cons
Even if you are hard worker they ll fire you. For a silly reason for taken a one day leave. They will care about customers but they don't care about employees. BAD MANAGEMENT , Managers are in lower level were also spoiled because of them. Employees in stores are working hard for a less pay scale. Person who is working hard is also treated equally. There is very less of opportunity to shine in this company if you don't understand the smart work ethics.
