Long hours stood on your feet all day with little chance to get a break without leaving the section unmanned, I would regularly be the only one on the section despite being told there would be two of us. Break room facilities were poor. Little chance to further product knowledge or progress.

Its full of Cons. Based on false promises! 1. Work is 6 full days a week. This is in no way productive for the employees and work is very very hectic. So say goodbye to having a life. They say you'll b productive when you're working fewer hrs(48h) but six days. It was never 48h rather over 65 hrs. 2. Pay is also low for the amount and type of work you need to do.Work is just same as a salesman. MBA won't be counted! 3. The training system is very poor, No product training, no proper training for ERP System and you are expected to deliver result. 4. Inadequate resources provided and you end up wasting time for simple tasks. 5. Older employees tend to be jealous and discouraging towards newer ones and are opinionated. 6. LOTS of Exploitation! In short, they do not practice what they preach (claim to practice)
