Pros

- The skills team member is mature and advance, we can learn a lot of things from them - There is a lot training session for teammates available if you want to improve your knowledge and skill at any topics - Advance CI mindset , have a clear mission and vision. Projects updated every year , adapt to the actual situation.

Cons

- Management continue to bringing people from abroad (especially France) rather than promotes teammates who already in the company for years. - Performance reviews mostly focus on the negative points, difficult to have your salary increase. - Salary is low compared to other company which have the same business model. - T-profile for employee is so unfair : more workload outside your main job without salary increase but will affect to your performance --> bad performance affect your salary negotiation with your leader next year. - a lot of meetings and challenge , it consumes a lot your time ( work - life balance is not good)
