Don't be fooled by the "good" reviews. New hires are asked to provide feedback on Glassdoor from the very early on, before they fully understand what’s going on inside the company. The management is not supporting all they care about; it is the SLA, which I can understand since this is the company culture. The work environment is highly demanding, and the pace is extremely fast. They expect you to work very fast, even on processes that naturally take time and require accuracy. The workload is something that in the routine. All communication is in Slack. There are too many processes, it is very messy, and there is a deadline for each task. Everything can be on SLA, and there are no benefits. For those who are seeking balance and clarity, it is not the right fit.
