The company truly exceeds expectations when it comes to understanding people. Managers truly care about you, 1:1s do get heard. And specially the company is highly driven by customer's needs and that explain the huge growth. Besides that this is one of the best companies I've worked, and they truly embody the culture of everywhere remote.
Cons
Things are moving so fast, and the company is getting bigger and bigger, sometimes it can feel overwhelming the amount of communication, processes and to locate yourself inside the product.
