      Pros

      Very organised, specific on-the-job training over a set schedule. Very impressed due to remote nature of business SOP's and knowledge base is modern, easy to search - extremely useful Slack is great for remote working - teams are highly engaged and responsive Flexibility is awesome - everyone seems clear on the job at hand - ran well.

      Cons

      None so far - in week 2. Country specific benefits could be alot better - but understand this due to business infancy
