      - Very talented individuals all pulling in the same direction - Open communication up and down your chain - Engaging engineering work - Remote first working means great work/life balance - Healthy amount of check ins, meetings, company get togethers (remotely) which make everybody know they are part of the bigger picture

      - You will have to be proactive and driven to move forward constantly - Not an environment for people who dislike high pressure
