      - Tutorials and documentations for almost every tool you need in a daily basis, as well as training and onboardings courses to get familiar with the company - Amazing teamwork, my colleagues are very nice and teams do their best with async communication to align cross initiatives - 18 PTO days + 12 public holidays - Flexibility for work-life balance - Work from anywhere

      Cons

      Most part of the time developers may get tickets without context, then they need to talk to the person who registered the issue. I think it's less efficient when people want time optimization, mainly as a manager/lead.
