      Full remote with genuine flexibility — including the option to work from abroad up to 45 days per year. Proactivity, initiative, and AI adoption are actively encouraged: Deel speed is not a joke. Base compensation is competitive. The team is collaborative and genuinely helpful.

      Cons

      The role is demanding and extra hours are not uncommon. Annual leave (20 days) is way below market standard, particularly for senior positions (25 to 30 days). As a fast-growing company, organizational structure and processes are still maturing — which can be frustrating, but also creates real opportunities for individuals to build, shape, and have a tangible impact.
