      - The culture is great - The people who work (in my dept at least) are wonderful - Fully remote work is always a huge plus

      Cons

      - You would think that pay would be better for how profitable the company is - The health benefits honestly suck - Work life balance DOES NOT EXIST here (like, at all) - Most departments to not seem to be held accountable for their mistakes or lack of responses (which cause issues for everyone)
