      Remote first environment with ok benefits

      Cons

      Employee feedback is asked for but not utilized. Product roll out is not beneficial to internal teams but focus too much on bypassing compliance in favor of client satisfaction. Too many instances of releasing new products with a one size fits all for a company that’s global. They do not take individual countries compliance limitations into consideration. Employee burnout and unrealistic deadlines are common.
