      From my first days, everything has been clear and well organized. The onboarding process is structured, and expectations are easy to understand. There are many high quality training courses available, and they genuinely add value to professionaldevelopment.

      Pros

      -Very fast IT service and provision of equipment -Remote work that seems to be truly remote, as long as work gets done and you communicate absence, everything is fine (not in a sense of "oh, its fine but we will have an opinion on it") -People seem more agile and open

      Cons

      -A lot of different apps, platforms, SOPs and accesses to request during onboarding weeks. It is a different system, as usual when you switch jobs. -Thorough onboarding trainings. General ones. Role specific ones. IT, security and HR trainings. Another series seems to pop up just when you think you're about to finish^^
