      The work-life balance here is genuinely excellent - everyone respects your time, and the work-from-home setup makes it easy to stay productive while maintaining a healthy personal life. What really impressed me is how skilled everyone is at their job. The engineering team knows how to build great product, and it's not just them – the POs, Leads, and everyone else are equally talented. Everyone brings real expertise to the table.
