      - hyper growth with opportunity to build - opportunity to take learnings from past experiences and build the foundations to scale a rocketship solving for global talent workforce solutions - massive opportunities to make an impact and contribute on a global scale

      Cons

      With scaling any global business you have to start from scratch, build the foundation, and then continue to scale. At Deel, like with other startups, this is a challenge for those who are resilient, adaptable, flexible, open to feedback and learning, and who want to build not simply maintain. It's not for everyone but for those in this profile, its the best new chapter in your career journey.

      All good except compensation and perks

      Pros

      Great product, fast pace, growing really quickly. CEO is great and the team members are nice and tend to help (mostly)

      Cons

      The compensation is unfair. In the same team doing the same job you can get two times less compared to your colleagues just because your country is not so prosperous. You can not even negotiate more while your starting positions are much much lower. Almost no perks

      Fast paced decision making followed by solid action to solve problems. Things actually get fixed and get done. Fully remote and very open culture Unlimited PTO Friendly and smart colleagues Lots of opportunities to grow as the business booms Leadership tries to communicate company’s growth and plans to teams in regular meetings Very good product that is innovative and doing good in the world

      Cons

      Compensation is totally arbitrary. If you negotiated well you get a lot of money. If you didn’t and live in low cost of living country then too bad. It’ very unfair the company doesn’t seem to have proper leveling or comp ranges for people doing same job. No bonuses or incentives No proper HR to share concerns. They just hired people so I hope this gets better. Org and responsibilities unclear. But I hear this is very typical of startup
