      Pros

      This is exactly what you imagine when you walk into your dream job. Great team comradery, upward mobility, and amazing inclusive culture. Love being a part of this team. I have so much pride working for Deel and couldn't be happier.

      Cons

      Still figuring out best practices, but it's expected with the startup territory. It's not really a "con," there is just always room for improvement no matter how good a system already is.

      Pros

      Love the team and the vibe. No bureaucracy and things are moving very fast there. They really try to bring the best talents over and it's a delight to work with such a group of professionals. 100% remote which gives you an opportunity to balance your work and personal life.

      Cons

      Might be too fast for some people, personally - I love that.
