Pros
- The people: Deel has done an exceptional job of hiring super talented, fun and caring people. I genuinely enjoy company meetings and getting to know all my colleagues from around the world. - The product: If you compare Deel's technology and platform to any other provider I don't think it's close to be honest. Deel is both highly sophisticated and extremely easy to use. Customers absolutely love it. I genuinely believe our technology advantage will only increase more quickly over time. We have some really exciting product developments in the works :) - The opportunity: Deel is a hyper growth early stage SaaS unicorn. There's no better place to learn, challenge yourself and build your career imo. Deel's really hitting it's stride. We've done a great job of attracting exceptional talent and our roadmap is super exciting.
Cons
- No real cons to be honest. It's an early stage all remote company which is admittedly not the best fit for everyone. But if you're looking for this type of environment it's definitely a great opportunity for you.
