      Pros

      Super talent people driving toward the same mission Company is seeing insane growth... 2020 they 20x’d revenue Product-market fit is incredible. At least twice a week a prospect will say the product is too good to be true. Fully distributed remote company so there’s the flexibility to live anywhere

      Cons

      For some this is viewed as a negative but the company is moving so fast that the typical 8-5pm schedule won’t cut it

      -Diverse group of people -Solid product (the engineers are insanely good at their jobs) -Fast growth -Transparent culture -Friendly and talented coworkers
