      Pros

      A fast-moving, global company with a flexible and remote-friendly setup. You work with colleagues from all over the world in an inclusive and welcoming culture, stay close to cutting-edge AI, and have plenty of room to grow and develop.

      Cons

      So far, I’ve only seen positives and I’m very happy with my choice. However, this role isn’t for everyone. It suits people who are self-driven, disciplined enough to work remotely, open to change, comfortable with a fast pace, collaborative, enjoy an international environment, and are motivated by continuous learning and development.

      Pros

      Truly fully remote High productivity company, and a lot gets done. Truly global workforce

      Cons

      They treat people like a commodity. Very frugal. Examples: 1) 20 people got food poising at a corporate offsite the day of travel. If people wanted to delay travel they needed to pay out of pocket. 2) Bonuses are only given to 10% of the workforce and they are between 2%-4% of your salary. Sad given how fast the company is growing. Regular layoffs to "trim the fat". You need to be a "favourite" to get promoted. I was one but its very political.
