      The Information Firehose: Because the product and organization evolve so rapidly, keeping up with every update can be a challenge. It requires a high level of focus and a proactive approach to learning. Difficulty Unplugging: When you are passionate and the environment is this dynamic, it can be hard to "switch off" at the end of the day.

      - Amazing management / leadership (they are helpful, kind, and growth minded). - Definitely a team sport vibe here, everyone helps each other, no nasty competition only healthy competition. - REMOTE, REMOTE, REMOTE WORK! Traveling is ENCOURAGED here which is so cool, that is, as long as you still get your work done. - A global company with hires all over the world for you to connect with which is a cherry on top if you're a traveller already.

      - Fast pace environment but also fun! - Must ACE your interview, they don't play games here, people are chosen for a reason (talent, skill level, experience).
