      They don’t just "allow" remote work; the entire company infrastructure is built for it. You will work with colleagues in 100+ countries. Salaries are generally competitive and often pegged to strong currencies (USD/EUR) regardless of where you live.

      Cons

      While they aim for asynchronous work, the reality of a global team often means early morning or late night calls to sync with colleagues in Asia, Europe, or the Americas.
