Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed the activities during Employee Appreciation Week, as it’s important we show our employees how much we value and care about them. Our hybrid approach was implemented after multiple conversations with several leaders and employees across the company. We want to offer employees the flexibility to work in office or virtually depending on the type of work they’re doing. We wanted to create an environment where leaders and employees work together to find the right balance of on-site and remote work to meet their goals. In terms of your workload, this is feedback we will share with your leadership team but encourage you to work with your leader to find ways to manage your workload.
