Pension match Stock match Decent vacation allowance

Cons

Change exhaustion Newly mandated 3 days/week in office with no united approach across the business. Not one dept is acting the same with hybrid. Some depts are more flexible than others. Who is directing the orchestra? NO HARMONY. Top down leadership They will work you to death and make you feel guilty for not staying late. If you dont stay afterhours to produce more work, you're seen as disengaged and lazy No empathy Company nominates itself as best place to work (as do most)

Enough with the layoffs and return to work. Most people like working from home.

Pros

Staff want to do good work and grow with the company Benefits and pay are good Flexibility to work where it makes sense HR cares about the people Tremendous opportunity to learn with the recent transition from mutual to public

Cons

The amount of work and expectations are unreasonable The volume of ongoing projects to fix what is broken constantly overlaps Communication from the top down is minimal at best Claims volumes and number of direct reports per leader makes the work unmanageable Unless you are an external applicant and come from a specific company, forget about advancement.
