      Pros

      The only good thing about this company was the full time remote work, while it's still the case, the company will decide at a whim to change anything and everything so dont get comfortable

      Cons

      Horrendous management, departments to millenia to communicate between each other, agents are expected to deal with numerous customer complaints tbat are entirely due to the companys bad mismanagement

      Great concept, talented staff hired.

      Cons

      Hired a full staff, postponed launch 90 days, closed the company roughly 60 days after public launch. Speaks for itself.
