      - In the right niche there are a lot of opportunities to take on big projects and increase your exposure to senior leaders. This helped me secure 2 promotions in a few years. - Stock price has increased a lot. With share match program, I've made quite a bit. - Good RRSP/Pension matching and vacation days. - Generally reasonable number of direct reports for each leader

      - Pay vs expectations - New hybrid requirements (3 days in office) - Resources are stretched / high demand across organization.
