And it’s often the case that tremendous changes, like the ones Economical is currently implementing, take time. But while we’re going through changes, including increased expenses and some workforce reductions in areas where we’re moving to technology solutions, the company remains very secure. We hold an A+ (Excellent) rating with A.M.Best for our financial strength, and our strategic changes will ensure we remain a vibrant company well into the future.
