Business Outlook
Pros
Overall my experience working an Economical was positive one. Economical has a great compensation structure including, base compensation, bonus, RRSP matching program, flex benefits etc. The environment in the company was good and the employees all seemed very supportive. Several employee engagement activities were organized (when in office) which can really improve a team environment.
Cons
Limited top-down communication, they seem to have an inability to let poor performing staff members go.
