Pros

good environment, great co-workers, doors are open, clear employee policies

Cons

low budget for everything, feels like a cheap employer. Really hard to get a promotion (dubious criterias). Facilities here are awful (from a location perspective). Company won't ever try to please its employees like other companies do, e.g year end parties, freebies. Recognition goes to upper managers, which is like presenting a medal to a general, not to the ones battling on the field.

Pros

It offers good salary and benefits comparing to other companies in region. Also, there's a strong investment in assist employees in their career (career resource center, educational assistance program, equivalent salaries for all areas, which means you can grow in your area). There are several employee development programs as free language courses, online trainings with more than 1,000 of courses, access to thousands of online books, and so on.

Cons

The annual performance evaluation for individual contributors is associated with the promotions and salary reviews, which means sometimes people may be underrated in their performance review only because there`s no budget for promotions or salary increasing. It can be very demotivating. Another point is that there are two many segments and most projects have several segments working together, which can be very stressful and confusing due the difference of processes in each segment. There's no support to the ones who need to relocate. People usually gets workaholic there and work 12 hours a day + weekends became a habit. So, the work/life balance became complicated. Usually, people deal with that drinking a lot of coffee. :)
