      Great organization, people usually very hard work oriented, some projects are really much more interesting than just the begining of the vision.

      Cons

      Many many changes, lack of psychological security. Too many managers to deliver the same result.

      Pros

      It is a very ethical company, the work environment is great and with collaboration and team work, there is a career plan and a lot of possibility for growth. there is flexibility to work remotely and it is a company that values its employees, inclusion and diversity.

      Cons

      there is a lot of bureaucracy, processes and little room for innovation. It is a very political environment, like any multinational. Nothing is done without great alignment with various stakeholders and projects take time. Another negative point is that there are many meetings, practically all day long. the salary is not competitive, Dell usually pay more for outsiders than for in-house employees.

      Flexible work, managers are really clear and understanding, strong culture of feedback, excelent benefits, good health insurance and a good oportunities for self development.

      Cons

      I do not see cons in this company. It is really a great place to be.
