      Working here really makes you feel you are part of a collaborative team where everyone helps each other. The main aspects about the company I can list are: - The company puts lots of effort on ethics and inclusion policies. - You have room for ideais and to be creative. - There are a lot of great minds in the company to exchange experiences. - The company constantly incentives lifelong learning. - There are plenty of benefits besides the salary. - The company has clear career path, and you can know since the beginning where you are and where you can reach.

      I am sure there are some, but they only appear with time and experience. As I am new at the company, I can only list the following for now: - As it is a huge company, there are tons of information to digest and not always it is easy do know what we should know.

      As a big company, it's difficult to get promoted and usually you need to wait your place to be promoted, not by meritocracy but by time of working in the team.
