      Laptops for Engineers are superb. Flexibility to work from home Internal opportunities A true international environment

      HR seems to be ignoring the ginormous amount of people leaving the company; Segregation of duties taken to the extreme level that it becomes frustrating for developers. Not so new technologies.

      -If you are self-motivated, people will let you take on as much responsibility as you like -New opinions are welcome though many ideas have been tried. Always worth revisiting -Change can be tough due to number of layers involved. Allows you to fully understand a process though.

      Cons

      -Long-tenured employees can have a certain non-open mindset though I would say this is the very small minority of people -Teams supporting international businesses can have irregular work hours to accommodate global schedules i.e. 7am or 8pm meetings though not often.

      Opportunity to increase on the career. Flexibility Open mind company Diversity, everyone is important, It doesn't matter if you are man, woman or lgbtqia+, or even if you are Christian, Islamic or Hindu. Everyone is unique and have your space.

      Cons

      My selection process was a little weird, I have done all my interviews with the business and also I've been approved without have the knowledge about the salary and benefits, I mean only after been approved the HR talked to me and explained the salary, benefits and job conditions, so I found this a little strange. On my on boarding process I missed a better defined process..
