      Bad organization. A lot of time without a project. Depends on the team, but would say below average salary with a lot of demand to work extra hours

      Pros

      Deloitte is a really good place to work. It give you a really good knowledge and open many doors in the market. In additional, you can make a strong network, know a lot of companies and also undesrtand about many different process, allowing you to have a strong business knowledge. I cannot forge to say about the carrer plan, that you are evaluated in all projects, that makes you be engaged all the time.

      I bealive that the main cons is the low salary.
