      Long term opportunity for growth within the company are communicated clearly. Deloitte rewards high performers with opportunity and responsibility at every level within the organization. Management and employees understand the importance of networking and interpersonal relationships as key factor in determining the right team for the project or task at hand. Employee benefits, compensation are generous for entry level employees relative to equivalent industry positions.

      Project and firm culture value soft and technical skill sets differently which gives conflicting expectations as to what is valued in high performers. Workload can be overwhelming at times if performance is not on par relative to peers Firm culture rewards risk aversion over risk taking
