Business Outlook
Pros
It has a very good brand name. The learning curve is high but you do end up learning a lot. Potential for great projects.
Cons
Promotion and performance reviews are very subjective. Not all junior people get the same opportunities. People can often have vastly different experiences based on what is given to them. I have seen many exceptionally smart people leave as they were repeatedly given boring projects. While there have been some ordinary people who have had a great experience because they were given good projects. A lot depneds on your career counselor. Really thats the person that makes all the difference. A good career counselor will make Deloitte God's gift to you, whereas the reverse is also true.
