Business Outlook
Pros
Great graduate job. A perfect place to start a career; lots of training and support towards gaining a professional qualification (paid leave, study materials and tutorials). Good environment to pick up the basics. Young and lively people - plenty of opportunity to network.
Cons
Long hours, especially at lower grades. After 3/4 years career progesion is more about getting the support from the right people than about being good at your job. Too many people who don't want to get their hands dirty doing real work but want to take credit for the work you're doing.
