Business Outlook
Pros
Great place to develop consulting and client skills. Provide an opportunity to work with young, energetic and talented team members. Great place to do real work with clients with real problems.
Cons
Senior Management team is too focused on client deliverable and less focused on developing its own people. Limited incentives for retaining top talent. Compensation packages are lower than going into industry where work hours and expectations are much lower. Staff is often limited to doing the same type of work as senior managers sees us as resources. There is a lack of communication between the partnership team and the junior members on the team.
