      Pros

      Deloitte provides so many opportunities for its employees. The exposure an empolyee gets through clients, other professionals, and work experience is unique and unmatched elsewhere. Deloitte supports community involvement, provides an inclusive environment, and instills a spirit of partnership. Deloitte supports a flexible working environment and is keeping up with the times with telecommuting, the use of technology, and flexible work arrangements. Deloitte believes in both formal and informal feedback, with the intention of helping its employees to grow and develop in their careers. Deloitte is building a world class educaiton facility to enusre its professionals have the best tools to succeed.

      Cons

      Deloitte does not have many downsides, so it is difficult to articulate much in this regard. It is a big firm, and if you are used to a small company feel, Deloitte might be an adjustment. But the culture at Deloitte makes the large number seem like a smaller community. The employees at Deloitte do work hard, so it would be a tough environment if you are looking for a place to just get by. There is an intensity to succeed and if you don't care to partcipate in this type of enviroment, you will not rest on your laurels for long.

      Pros

      As far as Audit, Deloitte is the best firm and you work with top talent. There is an entrepreneurial spirit; you can see results by working on your personal brand management, which will lead to praise in the future for your contrbutions.

      Cons

      Scheduling and client placement can be frustrating; As work is all on specifiic clients, it can be difficult to get to know your co-workers on a personal level. Work performance and assessment is based on perception - this could be positive if you learn how to develop and portray your perception.
