      Local office not aligned with global firm

      Pros

      If you didn't study Business in college it's a good place to start a career and learn about it. Global firm has a lot of resources available, but you need to find out by yourself, the local people either don't know about it or don't care.

      Cons

      On a global level the firm invests a lot on qualification and learning, but locally you need to "learn by doing". The problem is when you make mistakes in the middle of a project. Salary is below market average, so there's a lot of turnover and the knowledge is lost.

      Great company to work. Different kind of projects, pushing us to always learn.

      Cons

      The company is good to work, however changes are necessary. Sometimes do not allow you to pick which kind of project we would like to work with.
