      Pros

      Delta has a great team overall with many perks including: great benefits (travel/insurance), profit sharing, a warm and friendly staff, and excellent management.

      Cons

      The pay may be a bit on the low side in the beginning, but it increases every six months in many positions. In merit positions, pay increases when the company's profit increases.
