Pros

It is the number one airline and industry leading!

Cons

May need to look at changing some policies, example: In-flight is the only department in Delta Air Lines where if you transfer from a different department you start over in senoirity for bidding purpose. So if I have 11 years with Delta and transfer into in-flight my senoirty drops to my first day of inflight (like starting over) and your pay is cut in half. So with 11 years I am on a 5 year payscale. This is the hardest to except and after speaking with many current flight attendants I have not found out why this happens...the majority say "it is not fair" but not sure why Delta has this policy.

Pros

Schedules are very flexible. Easy job and lots of opportunity to make extra income

Cons

The airlines are always unstable. Changes in work rules allow for almost no sick time
