Best place to work at, the Descon Engineering is well known for taking care of the employees, arranging frequent events like, Descon Winter vacnaza, Ice cream Social, meet and greet make the working environment lively, giving all benefits to employees including medical. Training employees frequently flourished their abilities to think beyond their abilities
Cons
The pay rates for mid career are not very good in Descon. Descon needs to expand their business in North America
